Dag Herbjørnsrud from Heddal together with the Notodden artists Velibor Stanojevic and Svein Tråserud in February 2023 have created an action plan with 123 proposed measures for the various parts of Notodden municipality.

 

Herbjørnsrud is a historian of ideas and a non-fiction writer, with experience as managing editor and journalist with several Norwegian newspapers. He has lectured at various universities, including Cambridge and is known for his thought leadership.
